Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Village subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your Village until the paid period expires.

Refunds for voluntary cancellations are not provided. If you cancel mid-month, you continue to have full access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds We Will Provide

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service discontinuation. If we discontinue the platform, we will refund any unused subscription period. We will provide at least 90 days notice before discontinuation.
  • Billing errors. If you are charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — we will refund the incorrect amount promptly.
  • Service unavailability. If the platform is unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to a fault on our side, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.

Koha (Voluntary Donations)

Koha are voluntary contributions to support the platform. They are not payments for a specific service. Koha are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@mysovereignty.digital with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

Founding Price Guarantee

Communities that subscribe at founding rates will retain those rates for as long as their subscription remains active. If we increase prices, existing subscribers are not affected. This guarantee is not subject to refund — it is a permanent commitment to early adopters.
